No Progress

Phil called Jeff on Monday. . . apparently the carpenter needs the bricking for the lower floor (garage) to be done before he'll start on any framework (must be wanting to put the whole lot up at once, I thought they'd start with the stuff on the main level then come back to finish the level above the garage after it was bricked, but apparently not. We've lost quite a bit of time as Jeff went on holiday for a week so couldn't be contacted to sort everything out. Water tank went in on 1st October, not much been done since then, so that's a week and a half of not much!
